Geek Dictionary provides electronic dictionary devices, digital dictionaries, and a mobile application for language learning purposes.

Products and Orders

All products listed on the Geek Dictionary store are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

• We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
• Delivery times of 4–7 business days are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Tax rates may vary depending on your location.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Geek Dictionary and its licensors.

The Geek Dictionary name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Geek Dictionary. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

Dictionaries and Content

All dictionary content, including definitions, examples, and etymological information, is the intellectual property of Geek Dictionary or its content partners.

The Kozin Explanatory Russian Dictionary content is the intellectual property of its respective author Mikhail Kozin.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
• Personal, non-commercial use of dictionary lookups is permitted.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Geek Dictionary does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Geek Dictionary be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
